The Government to correct the Injustice of not having legislation in place is not consistant throughout the U.K., in respect of Statute Barred element of Debt, in as much that in England/Wales 6 years is the length on time , Yet in Scotland it is 5 Years, and in most cases a lot less in other E.U. Countries, this brings into disrepute the Governments commitment to fair Justice on the Populus of this country.

The Double Standards being used are against Fundemental Human Rights of Equal Parties.
