Help protect victims of :-
1.) RAPE/SEXUAL ASSAULT/SEXUAL VIOLENCE.

How to help:-
2) Relocate VICTIMS.
3) Funding for victims to take out restraining orders.
4) Funding towards costs of relocating.
5) Work with councils outside of area authorities to relocate Victims when there is no known family link to allow the victim to feel safe.

2/3 of rapes were committed by someone known to the victim.
73% of sexual assaults were perpetrated by a non-stranger.
38% are a friend or acquaintance.
28% are an intimate.
7% are a relative.
50% occur within a mile of the home of the victim.

Victims are:-
3x more likely to suffer from depression.
6x more likely to suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder.
13x more likely to abuse alcohol.
26x more likely to abuse drugs.
4x more likely to contemplate suicide.

Many of these will spend the rest of their life in fear of their attacker returning. It is time we made a stand for the better.
