Rejected petition stop TV licence so we do not pay for the Saville scandal

This e-petition would want to enable the public to no longer be responsible for paying for the BBC and pay for their mistakes. The TV licence needs to be abolished so the BBC pays for itself and its mistakes, not the public. The public should not be paying for the recent Saville cover up or carry the shame in paying for it to support the victims.
