Given the revelations regarding Jimmy Saville and the accusations of other, living, people being involved, as well as a cover up from other staff, the licence fee should be witheld from the BBC until all enquiries are completed and anyone who was involved is dealt with by the relevant authorities. This will ensure that all information will be passed on and there will be nothing hidden!!
