Positive discrimination for disable students may have a negative impacts on other students.
Disable students deserve extra help and support to encourage them and enable them to successfully finish their education.
However, the amount of help and support should only be enough to enable them to pass there coursework/exams unless if they are capable to do more, any more than this may discourage capable students from working hard.
Additionally, students to whom English is second language may suffer same degree of difficulties with their coursework/exams with no extra help and support.
