Prevent any utility company providing "essentials" such as electricity, Gas and Water from making profits.

This would decrease fuel bills and increase disposable income. This would then have a knock on effect as people are more able to buy product which increases demand, which increases employment, which increase taxes back into the government pot. Therefore helping to bring the country out of recession.
