Since student finance became a national body rather than being dealt with by individual LEA's, there has been unprecedented failures and mistakes that is now costing students and their families £100's of millions every year as well as hindering many prospective students opportunities. There needs to be an investigation and a restructure of the whole process. This petition is requesting that this is looked into as a matter of urgency.
