For the taxpayer to permanently keep half our now profitable banks and plow those profits into:
1).Buying up to half of BritishSteel,British Gas,British Telecom,British Airways,British Petroleum,and other now profitable industries lost under Thatcherism.
2).Restoring British Rail and selling half of the shares.

"Semi Privatisation" still demands that efficiency and profitability are at the core of these industries.They are likely to remain highly profitable and provide a huge revenue stream for the country.
