All non UK visitors to the UK must have comprehensive medical insuranance to cover the complete duration of thier stay,be it as a tourist or migrant worker or visiting reletives.No Insurance equals No entry.Insurance must be able to be verified at point of entry,this would stop Medical tourists,take the financial pressures off the NHS because of the influx of migrant workers with medical needs,and foreign reletives of UK nationals coming here for medical treatment
