This Petition is to assist my good friend @PhilLucas with a personal quest to do a forward roll on the M25. Despite an immense amount of effort on his behalf trying to achieve this goal he has been met by total silence from both David Cameron & The Ministry of Transport. Please sign this petition to help Phil fulfil his ambition.

What is a 'forward roll'? What are you calling on the Highways Agency (which is responsible for the M25) to do to facilitate Mr Lucas' wish?
