Rejected petition residency permits

We the undersigned would like to see a new law , the new law should be for foreigners living in England who have been sentenced to more than one year in prison will not have their residency permits renewed and will be deported....
This is a new immigration law in Portugal,and we should have a law like it here in the UK too.
