Introduce legislation to require telecoms providers to block nuisance calls (direct marketing, cold callers etc) at their exchanges on request by the end users free of charge.
Currently the only free option is TPS which doesn't work, other options all cost the consumer.
The undersigned believe that this facility should be provided free of charge by the telecoms providers.
