Stop ALL Benefits,Tax Credits and Tax Allowances at the average household income. It is nonsensical to pay money to or allow tax relief for households with income in excess of the mean income. As the mean income is considerably higher than the median the benefits/reliefs will still be available to help or encourage the majority of households.
