Rejected petition Children's TV. the reason for obese children?

in the 1990's, children's TV was on only in the afternoon on weekdays and until lunch on the weekends. Now it is on all day every day and children don't know what it's like to be active any more. The networks should cease transmission and only play children's TV at certain times.
