Petition to stop the proposed toll on the Blackwall tunnel, This would be an unfair and unjustified tax with the current crossing situation is East London being so bad TFL should consider a new tunnel a priority instead of the Cable Car that during rush hour could only manage 8 passengers as measured by LBC during Nick Ferrari's Breakfast programme.
