Petition Human Rights Act should be revoked.

More details

Human Rights Act often creates loopholes and precedents for disaffected people (when no other rights exist), like for asylum seekers, illegal immigrants and foreign prisoners to avoid deportation from UK.

There are loopholes in the Human Rights Act 1998, for example, immigration tribunals had in the past ruled that foreigner prisoners or illegal immigrants cannot be deported from UK as it was ruled contrary to Article 8 which provides him with 'a right to private and family life....'.

Such rulings create precedents for other illegal immigrants or foreigners sentenced to imprisonment in UK to avoid deportation, as well as being great encouragement and incentive for such perpetrators to have a ‘family life’ by having as much children in this country as possible, etc.

Why should foreigners facing deportation be allowed to use Humans Rights Act? No other countries (even one that the potential deportee came from) will do this for themselves.
