Hensley Wiltshire died in 1989 whilst in Police care.
2 Men were convicted of his murder but following that conviction being overturned in 2003/4, nobody has been held accountable for his death.
The Police refused to reopen the murder investigation.
It has been suggested that this case has similar hallmarks to the Hillsborough scandal.
The case should be fully and independently investigated.
