Rejected petition harsher serntences for dangerous drivers

my cousin and uncle were both killed by a driver who was doing over 90mph overtaking another car on a junction he admitted guilt but only recieved a 6 month prison sentence and 2 year ban for ending 2 lives one of which was a 13 year old boy i would like drivers who cause such devestation to entire familes recieve sentences more befitting the seriousness of their crimes
