I am a parent of one child and I have read many people's cases regarding the csa I won't go into the details of my case but I believe that the csa should be carefully monitored by a governing body so we have somewhere to complain to. As it stands they deal with their own complaints which to me isn't good enough as they can cover things up easily. They are familiar with losing documents containing personal information they never call you back when they say they will and they can take months to deduct arrears that you have already paid please sign this e pettition so they can be closely monitored like cqc does for care providers and Acas does for employees most companies are governed these days why should the csa slip through the net.
