We the signed propose a new voting system where parties put forward ideas, and the ideas are what we vote on.

eg. The top five-ten ideas get voted through. The parties putting forward the idea are the parties responsible for seeing that idea through if voted for the next year. Elect a prime minister to help coordinate and oversee the publics chosen goals for the next year. All parties could potentialy be a part in changing our country for the year. And we could get the best out of our system and all parties involved. This could also encourage everyone to get invovled.
