The Government promise legislation to recall MPs. Constituents who effectively "employ" their MP, currently have no powers to dismiss their MP. The decision of Nadine Dorries MP to desert her constituents to further her career in the media, we pray the government to introduce the Right to Recall at the earliest opportunity and to give the electorate in general and the constituents of Mid Beds in particular, the right to recall their MPs.
