Were all brownfield sites listed and cleared and eco build businesses and homes built on them this would kick start the economy.

It would create hundreds of thousands of jobs in demolition, recycling, green technologies, solar, grey water recycling etc. etc.

The planning laws must be changed and Councils tasked to do this and list the sites for clearance and grant planning
