Tenants forced to remove permitted private dishes without compensation and then charged between £360 and £445 service charges just to access the system. Tenants must pay for foreign networks whether they want them or not. Millions of pounds being sucked out of low income homes to service related commercial debt. Digital UK and its partners managed to help communities switchover with minimal cost - the original intention of the Government. Government must cap costs to market rate and enforce consumer choice of networks.
