Petition Change the law allowing somebody requiring a kidney to beable to use a live donor without the donor needing to know the recipient

The law states that anyone can donate a kidney but unless you know a person personally you can't give them your kidney, it as to go to someone on the list, someone they don't know.Doesn't make sense because if you find someone willing to donate they are unable to do it as a living donor.
Urgent this law needs changing to help save lives.
I need this law changing to help save my life and others in my situation.
