UK must suspend aids in Rwanda because of War and Great Lake regional unstability, Genocide of 6 millions in eastern of DRCongo(Kivu), Rape, Human Right abuses, military support of rebels in high risk conflit and breach of UN mandate for peace in east by the Rwandese Officials.
Action must be Taken
Stop Military aids, sanction Rwanda, restrict P Kagame & Rwandesse Official visiting UK, freeze all assets of people involved, Rwanda must observe the UN mandate, procedure for eligibility for Aids, reject Rwandesse participation in UN security Council, Emergency plan of assistance of victim of genocide & rape in Great Lacs & DRCongo, suspend Rwanda within the Commonwealth association. brings every body involve to respect the human Right, create a commission for peace in Great lake, international tribunal for Great Lake Genocide and war crime.
