Closed petition Driving Test Re-Take Every 5 Years

I believe every driving licence holder should re-take their test every 5 years to remove the bad drivers and ensure everyone keeps good driving habits (everyone - including elderly, young and white van man!). Maybe our premiums will start to reduce. Will also catch out International permit holders who are only allowed to drive for 12 months but continue for years without getting caught.
