Rejected petition create more funding for universities to cut the cost for tuition fees

I would like the government to take some desicive action towards the investment and funding that universities should receive, I believe that this currently is an issue that needs addressing, as families and students are struggling to be able to make the cut financially to be able to pay the tuition fees, so I believe that it is the duty of the government to be able to provide a financial release for students and universities so the price of being able to receive education is accessible for every one from all walks of life.
