I would l like for the statue of limitations on bringing a claim for Dental Negligence to 20 years instead of 3.
Doctors are often ill-informed of the diseases that can occur when a person gets a dental infection as a result of negligence. Therefore, when an illness such as vasculitis, m.e., m.s. or heart disease has been identified, many years are likely to have elapsed since the initial dental infection, thereby making it more difficult to obtain evidence of the dental negligence to successfully claim for compensation.
