The Criteria for ESA eligibility should be reviewed and changed as they are too broad and are inappropriate for many illnesses and conditions.

Also, the final decisions are not made by medical professions so they do not have the knowledge of illnesses and conditions that is required to assess peoples capabilities and therefore eligiblility.
