Closed petition Increase the Points for being caught on a mobile phone

The points for using a mobile phone should be increased to 6 points rather then 3 points. People do not take using a mobile phone seriously whilst driving. By increasing the points it would put fear into people and hopefully stop them using their mobiles.
Aswell as this the fine should be increased to £100.
