Ebay insists that sellers offer PayPal as a payment method. No other form of electronic payment is allowed. Adverts that state 'I do not accept PayPal' are refused. Ebay own PayPal. This surely is a Monopoly which should be investigated by the Competition Commision or The Office of Fair Trading.
