The A14 trunk road needs up-grading to three lanes each way for its entire length with relief at the A1 junction. The current low, recessionary, levels of traffic still routinely cause congestion, especially at peak times and throughout the day. Business in Suffolk and Cambridgeshire need this infrastructure improvement to reduce costs and boost growth.
