Rejected petition scrap international aid to reduce deficit

It's becoming increasingly clear that taxpayers' money is not going to the right recipients (latest e.g. is Ethiopia). We have no defence power left, on the point of bankruptcy, and still we are paying out, like it or not. Try FOI and DfiD sites, and you get nowehere. So, I advocate we have a U-turn before it's too late.
