Introduction of a maximum wage would be an ideal way to stop the gross exploitation culture, increase social mobility, and create a more egalitarian society.

The level would need to be set high enough to encourage innovation and a work ethic, but not so high as to allow for the stockpiling of the majority of wealth by a small number of individuals.
