Closed Nhs Student Bursaries disgraceful treatment of students

The NHS Student Bursaries application process is yet again letting down students who are trying to persue a career in Health.

Students are waiting months for applications to be processed due to the shambolic process put in place to deal with the volume of applications.

Families are taking on huge debts via payday loans to simply feed their children and pay basic bills and hundreds of students are dropping out of degrees within a few weeks of starting because they are getting into financial difficulties.

The governement must step in and investigate why this is happening and the lack of leadership and responsibility within this organisation.
