There are too many cases of people abusing the parent and child parking spaces that don't have children, and those that require these spaces are suffering. What's the point in having these designated spaces if the people who need them can't use them.
These spaces need to become like disabled spaces, parents being issued badges to park in these spaces and those who misuse the spaces to be prosecuted with a parking fine.
