Closed petition Stop Bedroom tax AND council tax changes

The changes including forcing unemployed and disabled to pay for spare bedrooms and also a percentage of council tax are not only unresearched correctly, the goverment plan to research it after passing the law as per 'impact assessment document

They are also are in direct conflict with the minimum amount that people can be expected to live on according to the governments own calculations, that set benefit levels.

Does the government believe people should not be allowed this minimum ammount in order to survive.
