Alcoholics and Drug addicits should not recieve disability living allowence,money should not be given to feed habits,the government should stop extra payments and use the money to open more rehabilitation centres,where they can get help and become useful members of society again and not just be given extra money to feed a habit,people with self inflicted problams should not be given money but helped to sort thereselves out..
