Petition average speed cameras in all villages

I believe that average speed cameras should be put in ALL villages. Anyone caught speeding will be issued a speeding fine.

If the fine isn't paid within 60 days then their car will be impounded for another 60 days. If the fine and impounding fee isn't paid then the car is scrapped or sold off for money to be put back into the government pot to improve different areas.
