STOP all Foreign aid immedately. After the flooods that have devastated our towns and coastal areas. All foreign aid apyamnts should be stopped and the aid tranferred to our own departments to assit in the immedaite rebuild of caostal flood defences and all vulnerable flood defences to towns.
