Scrap Road Fund License and replace it with an increase on Fuel tax.
- Saves all the money currently used to operate the tax.
- the mechanism already exists for tax collection on fuel.
- Makes road tax more fair.
- Foreign vehicle road users will pay the tax.
- The more you use the roads, the more you will pay.
- MOT and Insurance databases exist so no need for a mechanism to check these each year via issuing road tax.
