List all brownfeld sites, change planning laws, clear all brownfield sites, build eco build homes and businesses using all latest green technologies, grey water recycling, solar panels, heat sink pumps etc.

This would create jobs in demolition, recycling, construction, green technologies and kick start the economy.

Any contamination can be cleared or capped and if so build businesses on those sites.
