I. Fairness to all should be a fundamental principle;

II. Impartiality should be a fundamental principle;

III. There should be no "Respect of Persons", regardless of Rank, Employment or Wealth (i.e., no Favouritism nor Prejudice towards any Citizen), beyond the Biblical/Scriptural Principle of "Honour to whom Honour". Naturally, HM Queen is the clear exception to this.

GOVERNMENT ACTION REQUESTED:

To ensure the above three (3) principles are supported by adequate Debate, Policy and Legislation.
