This petition is calling upon the government and the treasury, to make a change to Corporation Taxing starting 2013. Many big companies who are registered in countries such as Luxembourg, Sweden, Germany to name a few results in the company avoiding the proper tax because they don't solely operate in the United Kingdom.

A report by Greenwich Consulting estimates the UK is loosing around £1.6bn a year from digital sales alone. This can no longer go unnoticed and in 2013 this needs to be rectified, corporations need to pay the correct tax regardless of location technicalities.
