Make men and women equal in the eyes of the law regarding caring and providing support for their children. Make mediation law. Listen to the Childs needs not to the parents needs. Remove the law regarding family allowance ie following device both parents receive half of the benefit to raise their children. Remove the obligation on the welfare state to provide mothers and children with accommodation and make it the sole responsibility of both parents to pay and care for the children. Increase the sentence for absent fathers and increase financial penalties for not taking an active role in their Childs care. Remove the obligation on the Police for civil issues associated with children. Make the Police send the issue to mediation or to the courts.

Make the court process simple and allow all fathers and mothers access without any financial charge to resolve issues associated with children. Following mediation.
