A Full Reserve Banking system is a change to a Fractional Reserve Banking system we have now. Instead of private banks creating money. Money should be decided upon by an executive agency of the government. They would make money to reach an inflation target. All new money should be split between the Treasury, Private Banks and the Regional Growth Fund. This means direct investment in the country. Also, politicians are not able to influence the amount created.
