The UK tax system is unfit for purpose and requires a complete overhaul.
Existing legislation of almost 1300 pages, by its complexity enables legalised tax avoidance.
A simplification of all areas of taxation is appropriate to ensure that appropriate levels of tax are payable by all UK citizens & companies, and all foreign nationals and companies who benefit from ownership or control of UK asset, or trade or residence within the UK .
