Commercially, many business are suffering because they are having to take the burden of tax levy in their stride, whilst those who can afford major tax schemes enjoy the ability to 'volunteer' their taxation payments to a level THEY determine..

I suggest a penalty that outweighs late-payment fines for those who have been indulging in tax-avoidance schems.

My petition extends beyond this, uniquely, as I wish to penalise the SCHEME MANAGERS\Overseers as equally as the offenders are.

If society also makes these leeches equally culpable, then avoidance will drop overnight.

Please, let us ALL bring this to within manageable levels for the sake of our great nation.
