During his appearance at the select committee and his responsibility for the HBOS debacle, this man has demonstrated PERFECTLY the attributes which PROVE that he is not a suitable person to be involved in creation or review of otherwise of the laws of this OR ANY OTHER land and at the very least he should be removed from the House of Lords and barred from holding any form of taxpayer funded appointment for the duration of his wretched life.
