Petition Change the legal definition of rape to allow for female rapists

The current law in the UK defines rape as a male penetrating another person, orally, vaginally or anally without their consent.
I would like the law to be changed to allow for situations in which a female has forced another person, male or female, to engage in sexual acts. As I feel the current law is prejudiced against males, implying that a female cannot rape.
